In an Aftenposten article from 2018 the leaders of the surgical and medical departments of the National Hospital cried out for help. They called for accountability from the Minister of Health and warned that “– sexologists eager to treat are treating the nation’s daughters with hair growth and deepened voices.”
In this cry for help lies an explosive increase in children and young people who want to “change gender”, a 1,000–2,000% increase in young people under 18 years of age, in addition to large hidden figures who seek treatment at private clinics and abroad. The leaders at the National Hospital cry for help**, stating** that children and young people come to them after experimental treatment has begun with private and municipal actors. But instead of help and accountability from the then Minister of Health, from politicians and professionals, a new treatment regime is being developed that completely disregards science.
In 2020, there was a consultation from the Ministry of Health regarding the development of new guidelines for the “treatment of gender incongruence” (gender incongruence is the experience of being born in the wrong body, or that gender and identity do not match). The Norwegian Institute of Public Health wrote a very critical consultation response, with demands for professionalism, soundness and accountability:
“In its consultation statement, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health has been critical of the consultation draft for new professional guidelines for gender incongruence. In the statement, we justify our criticism based on relevant legal provisions and medical literature. The consultation statement has been written by researchers with expertise in knowledge assessments, epidemiological methods, pediatric diseases, psychology and psychiatry, as well as by our lawyers.”
The entire consultation response can be read here and we strongly recommend the seven points that state that we have no scientific or ethical basis for starting so-called gender reassignment treatment on children and adolescents.
The Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) has the following objections to the consultation draft for new guidelines on the treatment of gender incongruence (the experience that identity and gender differ):
The Directorate of Health and the Minister of Health are ignoring the consultation response from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health. It is not emphasized. The Norwegian Institute of Public Health, which is responsible for health measures in our country, is not listened to. Professionalism and ethics are disregarded in the conviction that queer theory and queer activists are more right. This view is so strong that it means that the perception of reality departs from what biology, science, and theology are based on.
Isn't that a clear characteristic of ideology?
In fact, it was revealed by the newspaper Minerva, that the Directorate of Health's employees have been infiltrated by queer activists. “- The new guideline is irresponsible” is the conclusion of researchers and doctors at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and the University Hospital in Oslo. “Major professional bodies have been overrun. What happened and who exercised power? Is the Directorate of Health a bureaucracy where activists have exercised power?” asks journalist Andreas E. Masvie in a very thorough article from the fall of 2020 that reveals a lack of professionalism and accountability at the Directorate of Health.
But even after exposing activism and lack of professionalism, the comment from the then Minister of Health, Bent Høie, is that he is “satisfied with the new guideline”.
With these quotes and links above, we have now documented that professionalism, ethics,and responsibility are disregarded when it comes to our children and youth. We have documented that the most important professional bodies are not heard and are unable to reach decision-makers with their recommendations, ethical arguments,and concerns. In other words, our most vulnerable children face a treatment-hungry state led by queer activists and a former health minister who does not care about the facts or the best interests of children.
Thought structures such as queer theory have risen up and overtaken health sciences, medical ethics, Norwegian law,and the Hippocratic doctrine.
The evidence that we are destroying healthy bodies, sterilizing children and youth, and taking away their ability to have sex and have children—all of these are the consequences that we have presented above, and this is where they originate.
Soon you will have access to a brand new website that exposes queer theory in textbooks throughout primary school. The website will be called “SkeivTeori.no,” which states that the textbook publishers Aschehoug, Gyldendal, and Cappelen Damm have all exchanged expertise on what gender and sexuality are. Gender, sexuality, and identity in science and social studies,and in sexuality education, are now based on queer theory and are conveyed as a new truth.
The conclusion of our findings in textbooks is that children and adolescents should learn from the 2nd grade that they can change gender, be born in the wrong body and that there is a diversity of genders. That only the children themselves know who they really are, and that their innermost identity is their sexuality and gender identity. One can ask oneself, where did personality, femininity and masculinity go?
And if children need help “finding out who they are”, the textbooks encourage them to contact skeivungdom.no, which is the youth organization of the association Fri and which promotes more radical queer theory.
In other words, our children are surrounded by queer theory from textbooks, interest groups, from TV programs, newspapers, magazines, social media, peer influence, and social contagion.
In Kristent Ressurssenter we want to hire more experienced public debaters to defend the truth about gender and identity. We will help educate society and point to new and better directions and solutions. We will participate in debates in newspapers, TV and social media, as well as develop our own teaching programs that are professionally sound and up-to-date for children, youth and teachers.
Therefore, we will help tear down the mental structures that will take over our children's understanding of reality and that threaten to destroy their bodies, their lives, and their heritage.
