I have been happily married for 32 years, and together we have six children. Previously I have worked as a teacher, salesperson and interior designer, but realized early on that my passion lies in helping people with the interior of their hearts; the inner person.Over the decades, I worked with relationship skills in various fields, and offers counseling and life courses for individuals and families. Together with my man has - started the congregation Frisk, to help people to a healthy faith and a healthy lifestyle. Both as a pastor, speaker and preacher, I will inspire to a real one and authentic life in following Jesus.  My motivation is to be one of those who helps the next generation navigate through a jungle of more or less important choices. My dream is to see healthy families, solid marriages and upright young people.

I has developed the group work OPPREIST for girls and boys of middle school age, and operated conversation groups for Blue Cross Norway. Now I'm holding lectures for parents and young people at various schools on youth-related topics such as boyfriends, fidelity, sex and identity. Self-esteem plays a crucial role in young people's mental health, and a poor self-image can be a source of later mental health problems. By helping young people build identity and self-understanding, we give them the tools they need to reflect on life, develop healthy attitudes, and stand up for themselves and others.

Our society today makes great demands and presents different stresses than in previous times. Demands for efficiency, flexibility, mastery, control, meaning and identity have increased drastically in all areas of social life. Attempts to comply with these demands often result in negative stress and deep powerlessness. Sex education bombards young people's minds in an increasing number of channels. It is more important than ever to change young people's understanding of healthy sexuality. I I believe in a people's movement of purity and dignity, by making known that God's standard is worth following. That is why I have written the book "«Drømmen om varig kjærlighet» This book aims to create greater fear of God and mobilize courage, conviction, and strength to withstand the pressure of expectations.
