In our time, we often talk about not being ashamed. But what happens when the shame that was supposed to protect us is thrown out \u2013 and the one who destroys gets the keys to the heart?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this podcast episode, Tone Lise and Truls talk honestly about the difference between <strong>healthy, unhealthy and absent shame<\/strong>. But there is a way out \u2013 through truth, forgiveness and an encounter with Jesus, who alone can truly set a person free.
